While our treats retain their quality for an extended period, we recommend consuming them within one month of opening the bag to ensure optimal taste and texture. What if I don't have a prescription from my vet?
Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill orders without a valid prescription from your vet for the medications included in the kit.
Can I purchase individual items from the medical kit?
At this time, the items in the medical kit are only available as part of the complete kit.
How should I store the medical kit?
Store the medical kit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
Are there any usage instructions provided with the medical kit?
Yes, each kit includes detailed instructions on how to use the items safely and effectively.

If your pet has a reaction to any of the medications, contact your vet immediately for advice and discontinue use of the product.
Is there an expiration date for the items in the medical kit?

Are the medical kits suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?
Our medical kits are designed to cater to a wide range of dog breeds and sizes, ensuring versatility and comprehensive care. We offer two types of kits:
1. For Dogs Under 25 lbs: Tailored to meet the specific needs of smaller dogs, these kits include appropriately sized supplies and dosages to ensure safety and effectiveness.
2. For Dogs Over 25 lbs: These kits are designed for larger breeds, featuring products and dosages suitable for their size and health requirements.
While our kits are designed to be versatile, it's always important to consult with your vet regarding the appropriate dosage and suitability for your specific pet. Your vet can provide personalized advice based on your dog's unique health needs and ensure the best possible care.

What is your return policy?
For the Pawsitive Pet Emergency Kit, customers must upload their prescription before we can proceed with their order. This kit is intended for use under the direction of a veterinarian after appropriate assessment and diagnosis, or in an emergency, so there should be no expectation for expedited shipping. Customers must notify Customer Support at support@pawsitive.com within 30 days of the kit prescription date to report any issues with the delivered kit. After 30 days, no changes or refunds will be issued.
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the kit has been opened. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
